Reared and supplied by the Wilson family in Lower Swell, these native breed saddlebacks are slow growing, making for a well marbled meat with a delicious flavour. These pigs are raised in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, with plenty of room to roam and forage on rich, deep-rooting herbal leys.

A whole leg cured by our butchers, air-dried for 14 days and cooked by our chefs in a honey mustard glaze.

All our pork is locally sourced from free range, outdoor bred pigs that enjoy a natural grass and a foraged based diet. The pigs are bred to be hardy and outdoor-loving ensuring they have acres of land to roam in.  Our Gloucestershire free range old spot pork is locally sourced from Adam Henson’s Cotswold farm park while our Berkshire pork is from Patrick Keen in Cherington, just two miles from Jolly Nice.
