Hosted by D’Arcy Wines, Cheltenham and accompanied by the renowned Neals Yard Dairy, London, with a selection of exceptional artisan cheeses.
Combining cheese tasting and pairing with wine, Neal’s Yard Dairy will highlight their role in the selection, maturation and sale of British farmhouse cheese.
Six wines have been selected to match the cheeses by Ranulf of D’Arcy Wines in Cheltenham and he may throw in a light hearted wine quiz to keep you on your toes.
The tasting will be accompanied by mixed sharing platters of charcuterie, our homemade dips and a selection of breads from the Artisan Baker, Stroud.
