Our Jolly Nice butchers hang all of our beef for a minimum of 28 days to ensure absolute tenderness. Each beef fillet is carefully trimmed and ready to cook.
Jonathan Crump farms Gloucester cattle at Standish Park Farm in Gloucestershire, just 12 miles from Jolly Nice, where he is known for his traditional, un-rushed approach to farming. The farm is also renowned for producing award-winning Single and Double Gloucester cheese from the milk of his own Gloucester herd.
