Booking, Arrival & Skating Info

Book a Slot: Choose your preferred time any day of the week.

Ticket Types: Adult or Child (5–12 years). Under-5s not permitted; under-12s must be supervised.

Arrival: Check in at the Skate Shack box office at least 20 minutes early. Show your ticket QR code on your phone or print it out.

Session: 45 minutes, starting on the hour. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Capacity: Limited to 30 skaters per session for safety and enjoyment.

Quiet Sessions: Weekday mornings & early afternoons recommended for a quieter experience.

Shoe Storage: Racks available at Skate Shack.

Cloakroom: Not available; leave valuables at home or in your car.

Cafe & Bar: 8 am–8 pm (Fridays until 10 pm)

Seasonal treats: turkey burgers, hot dogs, mulled wine, mince pies, hot chocolate, and more.
