All of our sausage meat at Jolly Nice is handmade by our butchers.
All our pork is free range and locally sourced from rare and traditional breeds of pig that are kept free range all year round and are able to forage and root around all day long.
These traditional native breeds are able to withstand all weathers and although they lay down a little more back fat and grow more slowly than an indoor reared pig, all the flavour is in the fat so on the plate, they taste so much better.
