Experience the power of scientifically proven breath-work guided by certified Wim Hof Method instructor Jamie Christopherson. Jamie has personally used these techniques to go from an autoimmune paraplegic to a weekly half marathon runner. Whether you want more energy, hormone balancing, better sleep, digestion, improved immunity and mental health or just to feel these powerful effects first hand then this is your chance.
This is a 1 hour indoor guided group session at Jolly Nice in the warmth and privacy of the yurt. We will be lying on the floor breathing so be sure to wrap up warm in comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring something to lie on such as a yoga mat.

Please arrive at the yurt by The Hive 15 minutes before the start of the class.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we cannot take anyone in the session with during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic, with high blood pressure or history of stroke. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
