This year, we've created a brand-new Father Christmas experience in The Yurt, located next to our Cafe. The larger, warmer setting means more families can enjoy this special festive tradition while allowing us to offer lower ticket prices this season. If you would also like to meet our reindeer, please note this is a separate experience and requires its own ticket.
As you step inside The Yurt, you'll be welcomed by the glow of a roaring wood burner, the scent of fresh pine cones, and the festive aroma of mulled wine. Settle in as Father Christmas waits in his cosy armchair, ready to share heartwarming festive stories that the whole family will enjoy.
At the end of the story, every child will receive a Christmas gift to take home, along with the opportunity to capture your own magical photo with Father Christmas, the perfect keepsake from a truly special Christmas experience.
Ticket Information
- The experience lasts up to 30 minutes.
- This is a group experience, so you'll share the magic with other families.
- Every guest, including adults (18+) and children, requires their own ticket.
- Children under 1 year old may attend free of charge and do not require a ticket.
- All children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
- All tickets include a £1 booking fee.
- Show your ticket QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy.

To keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible this season, all bookings are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Please check your selected date and time carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, so please ensure you arrive in good time for your session.
