Meet & Feed Our Jolly Nice Reindeer

Wrap up warm and prepare for a magical festive experience.
Step into the Jolly Nice Winter Wonderland and meet our beautiful reindeer, located just outside our Christmas Shop. During this 15-minute experience, you'll have the opportunity to get up close to these magnificent animals, feed them their favourite Norwegian lichen, capture some memorable photos, and enjoy the festive atmosphere beneath our covered stretch tent.
You'll also be welcomed by a Sámi herder, who will share fascinating stories about reindeer, their care, and the traditions of the Sámi people, who have lived alongside reindeer for generations.
Ticket Information

The experience lasts for 15 minutes.
- This is a group experience, so you'll share the magic with other people.
- Every guest, including adults (18+) and children, requires their own ticket.
- Children under 1 year old may attend free of charge and do not require a ticket.

All children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
- Please note that access is limited for wheelchairs and prams, as the route includes a woodchip path which may be difficult to navigate.
- All tickets include a £1 booking fee.
- Show your ticket QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy.
Please note: Our reindeer are tame but not fully domesticated. They are accustomed to living in the woodland at Westonbirt and, like all animals, can sometimes be shy. While we do everything we can to encourage them to approach the fence, we cannot guarantee they will feed directly from every guest during the experience.

To keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible this season, all bookings are strictly non-refundable or transferable. Please check your selected date and time carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, so please ensure you arrive in good time for your session.
