Folk by the Fire | Most Thursdays | 6pm-8pm
Join us on two Thursday evenings a month for 'Folk by the Fire', with local acoustic folk musicians having a good old jam by the big fireplace in the bar.
Make the most of the evening with local organic beer and cider on tap, fantastic wine produced just a few miles down the road and Jolly Nice grass fed burgers fresh off the grill.
Time: From 6pm - 8pm
(Bar, kitchen and farmshop close at 8pm)

Read about the folk groups:
Traditional Group - Our original resident folk group, playing fortnightly throughout the year. Fantastic players of traditional folk music, expect fiddles, whistles, accordions and more!
Clay Pits - Two parts of the band 'Clay Pits' Nick Browning and Joe Tate play a stripped back version of their contemporary folk set. Expect a relaxing blend of alternative and contemporary folk drawing influence from Bill Callahan, Twain and Johnny Flynn.
Ordinary Folk - A four-piece collective from stroud, playing a mix of contemporary and trad Irish, American and Scottish folk. Currently on a spring/summer tour around the Stroud Valleys, otherwise found rehearsing on the Common!
