Your adventure begins at the Skate Shack, where a cheeky Elf will greet you with a twinkle in their eye and lead you into a world of wonder. Follow the Elf through the sparkling, snow-dusted paths of the Enchanted Forest, where you’ll encounter the stars of the season—our wild and wonderful reindeer, visiting all the way from Westonbirt! These majestic creatures have taken a break from their important Christmas Eve preparations to meet you. Treat them to their favourite snack—moss from Norway—and watch their noses wiggle with delight!
The magic continues as the Elf guides you to the Enchanted Postbox. Here, little (and not-so-little) ones can send their Christmas wish-lists directly to Father Christmas himself. The journey then leads to Father Christmas’ Cabin, where a crackling fire and the warm glow of fairy lights invite you in. Settle into the cosy sleigh as Father Christmas shares enchanting fireside stories, filled with the spirit of the season.
To wrap up your magical experience, enjoy a sweet treat—toast a delightful Jolly Nice marshmallow over the fire as you bask in the festive cheer.
