In the heart of the forest, you’ll meet the stars of the season—our wild and wonderful reindeer! Visiting from Westonbirt, these majestic creatures are taking a short break from their Christmas Eve preparations to delight guests with their charm. You can even offer them their favourite treat—moss from Norway—and watch as they nibble away with festive glee.
But the magic doesn’t stop there! As the Elf leads you deeper into the forest, you’ll discover the Enchanted Postbox, shimmering with Christmas magic. This is your chance to send your Christmas wish-list directly to Father Christmas himself. Drop in your letter, and let the magic of the season carry your wishes straight to the North Pole!
