From Rebecca Wilson's very own Red Poll cattle. The Red Poll was created by crossing a Suffolk Dun, a milking breed, with the Norfolk Red, a beef breed. The breed has a distinct deep red colour, it’s ‘polled’, which means it naturally has no horns. They can be milked and also produce top quality beef.

Delicious high-quality Topside Beef, especially good for roasting and slow-cooking, as it's lean and flavourful, perfect for gentle cooking methods that help to tenderize the meat, such as slow roasting or braising.
